Did arrive before said time. Very comfy and changed the look of my room!

order arrived before expected date which was nice! no instructions were included however assembly was pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. the fabric feels thin but it is soft and very plush. very comfortable to sit in!

Nylon material, not soft to touch at all. May be water resistant, but nothing like the photos. White zippers everywhere with black heads. Black metal and silver metal??? Filling is great, that is firm and soft when sat in. Needs to overfill the inside of the material to have it looking more like a cloud – as per the picture. Note the three sewn sections of the base, and only two in the one I ordered. Note the fullness of the filling, and the wrinkles in the one I ordered. Note the colour difference. I was thinking it would be a little off white as per the picture and not so grey/beige. Note the black wheels in the picture, and the black and white ones I received. Shipping was extremely fast, got a free green cushion made from a different material again. I paid a lot of money (to me it’s a lot). I’ll spray paint the silver bits gold.

Chair arrived really quickly. I expected the color to be white, but it arrived and definitely resembles a khaki/beige color. Chair is extremely comfortable, but it came with no instructions. The setup was pretty straightforward as long as you make sure not to put the footrest on the wrong way. The only things I would be wary of is the color accuracy and the lack of instructions.

horrible….the chair looks soft and fluffy and white and comfortable, bit its none of those things…the fabric is rough and not white and not soft to sit it…it is hard and narrow…I do not fit in it comfortably. The chair came with no instructions on how to assemble it…Furthermore, it reclines but when you sit down the whole back clicks forward forcing you into a leaning forward position. You have to get up and put it back reclined again and try to hold it back as you sit down so it does not come forward again and the back was cockeyed, like it was broken. I requested to return it for a refund. I paid $183 for the chair and they are only offering me a refund of around $80 for a piece of junk chair that I cannot even use, so I am out $100 and it took 2 months to even get the chair only to be disappointed and jacked for my hard earned $$
